Sauté mushrooms in butter. Take out mushrooms and set them aside. Add olive oil or more butter to the mushroom broth, then add the lemon juice/zest. Mix the spices and flour in a separate bowl, then toss that in the greasy broth to make a roux. Continue cooking that while adding the garlic, then the cream, then the milk. Keep cooking until everything is mixed together, then stir in some parmesan cheese until that's melted. Cook and drain pasta, then mix everything else.
