Asparagus
Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Butter and/or olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Lots of garlic
- Thyme or other herbs
- Mustard sauce
Instructions
Wash asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cook on high heat with butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until the asparagus and garlic are both soft enough you'd want to eat them. Take it off the heat, mix in the thyme (or other herbs) and mustard sauce, and eat while it's still hot.
