Spinach tomato alfredo
Ingredients
- Minced onions
- Minced garlic
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Spinach
- Basil
- Dried tomatoes
- Pasta
Instructions
Prepare roux. Caramelize onions, then mix them into the roux along with everything else to make the sauce, but only put the basil and spinach in at the end. Cook pasta, then mix in all the sauce and serve with bread.
