Sticky rice with mangoes
Ingredients
- Glutinous rice
- Coconut milk
- A bit of sugar
- A dash of salt
- Mongoes
Instructions
Start by preparing sticky rice normally (soak for several hours, then steam for 25 minutes, flipping the steamer bag/basket halfway through).Then mix in coconut milk, sugar, and salt, and possibly cook for a few minutes? Serve with sliced mangoes on top.

I should also learn how to make mango sago -- it's even easier, and just as delicious.
